Yes — the redirect uses the User-Agent header to detect the device OS and routes to the correct store. Desktop users see a configurable fallback page.

What if a user scans on desktop?

They land on a fallback page you configure — typically your app's marketing website or a page showing both store links.

Can I deep-link into the app for existing users?

Yes — add your deep link URL (e.g. myapp://page) and we route existing installs to the in-app destination.

Can I see which platform my users are on?

Do I need both store links?
