Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — you get access to the new plan the moment payment is confirmed. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you never lose time you have already paid for.
What happens to my QR codes if I downgrade?
Your QR codes remain active and continue to redirect scans. If you exceed the lower plan's QR code limit, older codes are paused (not deleted) until you remove some or upgrade again. No scan data is ever lost.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. Email support@photonqr.com within 7 days of subscribing and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Is GST included in the pricing?
No — displayed prices are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added at checkout as per Indian tax regulations. A GST-compliant invoice is automatically generated and emailed to you after each payment.
Can I pay annually to save money?
Yes. Switch to the Yearly toggle above to pay annually and save up to 16% compared to monthly billing. Basic saves ₹149/year, Pro saves ₹389/year, and Business saves ₹1,189/year. Annual plans are charged upfront for the full year.
