Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Photon QR subscription at any time from your account dashboard (Billing → Cancel Plan). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to paid features until that date.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied, email billing@photonqr.com within 7 days of your first charge with your registered email address and reason for the refund. Refund requests made after 7 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for: (a) partial months after cancellation; (b) accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations; (c) in-app purchases made via Google Play (subject to Google Play's own refund policy); (d) annual plan renewals after the 7-day window.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. For Razorpay payments, refunds follow Razorpay's standard processing timeline. We do not issue refunds in cash or via bank transfer.
5. Plan Downgrades
Downgrading from a paid plan to a lower tier or the free plan does not automatically trigger a refund. The downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of a significant service outage (>24 hours in a calendar month attributable to us), we will proactively offer a pro-rated credit for the affected period.
